Song Eunkyung

Born in Seoul, soprano SONG Eunkyung received her Diplôme Supérieur (Chant lyrique) at ‘Conservatoire International de Music’ in Paris with the highest mark then continued her further studies receiving the "Artist Diplôme (Chant lyrique) at Conservatoire Edgar Varese (Gennevilliers) in Paris.

She has won the Grand 1st Prize of the 23rd Seoul Orchestra Voice Competition in 2021 which led her to debut with Seoul Orchestra and Korea Jade Philharmonic Orchestra. Since then, she has given recitals in both France and Republic of Korea including Jangcheon Art Hall, Youngsan Art Hall, Seoul Arts Centre in Republic of Korea and at Eglise Presbytérienne Sonann de Paris, Opera Gala Concert COTE A COTE, 2020 Concert EN PLEIN ETE.

Eunkyung is currently adjunct professor of voice performance at her alma mater, Seoul Theological University and she is passionate in nurturing the next generation of young singers.


SONG Eunkyung, née à Séoul, est une soprano de Corée du Sud. Après avoir effectué sa scolarité à l‘université théologique de Séoul, elle devient choriste de la chorale municipale du Centre culturel et artistique de Dongducheon. Puis elle vient en France pour étudier le chant au Conservatoire Internationale de Musique de Paris. Diplômée du cursus DEM et du cursus de perfectionnement du Conservatoire Edgar Varese, elle retourne en Corée en décembre 2020.

En 2019, elle a fait son récital à l’église presbytérienne de Sonan à Paris. A l’Opéra Gala Concert Côte-à-côte, elle y chante « Oh ! quante volte » de Juliet Aria dans <I Capuleti e Montecchi> de l’Opéra Bellini. En 2020, elle a interprété « Quel guardo il cavaliere » denNorina Aria dans l'opéra de Donizetti <Don pasquale> au Concert EN PLEIN ETE. Après un récital sur le thème de la mélodie française, elle retourne en Corée et remporte le premier prix et le grand prix de la section générale de musique vocale au 23e Competition de l’Orchestre de Seoul.

Depuis lors elle travaille en tant que choriste et soliste dans de nombreux scenes; le salon d’art Jangcheon, le salon d’art Yeongsan, et le centre des arts de Seoul. Elle a fait ses debuts en Corée en 2021 avec l’Orchestre de Séoul.

En 2021, elle a travaillé en tant que formatrice du choeur des enfants. En outre, elle a été sélectionnée comme interprète invitée a l’association musicale de Corée et s'est produit à la fondation culturelle de Hwaseong-si.

Lors de la cérémonie de 103ème commémoration du 1er Mars, elle a chanté l’hymne nationale à Hwaseong-si, et a interprété la mélodie coréenne sous le thème “La joie de l'indépendance, un petit concert” au mémorial de Jéam-ri. Elle s'est aussi produit au 12e concert de l'Orchestre philharmonique de Korea Jade.

Actuellement, elle travaille activement en tant qu'interprète en Corée. Etant professeur au Centre d'éducation permanente de l'Université théologique de Séoul, elle se concentre sur la formation des étudiants.


소프라노 송은경은 서울에서 태어나 서울신학대학교에서 성악을 전공하였고 동두천시립합창 단원으로 활동 중 도불하여 프랑스 Conservatoire International de Music de Paris 에서 Superieur 과정 1등 졸업 후 Conservatoire Edgar Varese 국립음악원에서 전문연주자과정 및 최고연주자과정 졸업 후 2020년 12월에 귀국하였다.

프랑스 Eglise Presbyterienne Sonann de Paris에서 2019 독창회 및 오페라갈라 Concert COTE A COTE에서 벨리니 오페라 <I Capuleti e Montecchi>중 줄리엣아리아 “Oh! quante volte”, 2020 Concert EN PLEIN ETE에서 도니제티 오페라 <Don pasquale>중 노리나 아리아 “Quel guardo il cavaliere”를 연주하였으며, 불어연가곡을 주제로 독창회를 마친 후 귀국하여 (사)서울오케스트라 23회 콩쿠르에서 성악 일반부 1등 및 전체 대상을 수상하였으며, 장천아트홀, 영산아트홀, 예술의전당 등에서 합창단원 및 솔리스트로서 활동 중이며, 2021년 (사)서울오케스트라와 협연의 무대로 국내에서 대뷔하였다.

2021년 한국음악협회 전문연주자 선정 및 홍천미술관 개관초청연주, 경기도 문화의 날 화성시 문화재단 초청연주하였다. 2022년 3월1일 화성시 103주년 3.1절 기념식 애국가 제창을 하였으며, 제암리 3.1운동 순국기념관 정신교육관에서  “독립의 기쁨, 작은음악회”에서 한국가곡을 주제로 연주, 제12회 코리아 제이드 필하모닉 오케스트라 정기연주회에서 협연하였다.

현재 한국에서 왕성한 연주자로 활동 중이며, 모교인 서울신학대학교 평생교육원 성악과 외래교수로 재직중이며 후학양성에도 힘을 기울이고 있다.

Jason Bae is the Founder & Music Director of Afflatus Ensemble and has recently finished his two-year role as the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Conducting Fellowship Programme Conductor in 2020/21. Jason made his debut in Stockholm, conducting the Aurora Festival Orchestra - presenting the Swedish premiere of "Violent, Violent Sea" by the American composer, Missy Mazzoli. Last year, Jason gave the New Zealand Premiere of Lotta Wennäkoski's "Nosztalgiaim" with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra National Youth Orchestra.

He has received masterclasses with renowned conductors such as Osmo Vänskä with Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, Jorma Panula with South Denmark Philharmonic Orchestra, Kuopio Symphony Orchestra, Vaasa City Orchestra, Hamish McKeich, Miguel Harth-Bedoya, Holly Mathieson and Gemma New with New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.

Formerly trained as a pianist, Jason received his Master of Arts in piano performance with the highest distinction award, 'DipRAM' at the Royal Academy of Music in London studied under the Professor Emeritus Christopher Elton and Joanna MacGregor in 2015. Jason studied orchestral conducting and was mentored by Jukka-Pekka Saraste.
